AZ PLC is now inviting qualified and motivated professionals to join its growing team. Open Positions 1. Internal Auditor BA in Accounting. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (manufacturing preferred). 2. Senior Accountant BA in Accounting. Minimum 3 years of experience. Skills in payroll, tax, compliance, accounting, and financial reporting. Manufacturing industry experience preferred. 3. Senior Cost Accountant BA in Accounting.

Minimum 3 years as a Cost Accountant. Experience in inventory reconciliation, cost allocation, Peachtree, and Microsoft Office. 4. Export Manager BA/BSc in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields. Minimum 8 years in Ethiopia’s commodity export sector. Experience exporting coffee, oilseeds, and pulses (including 3 years in coffee exports). Proven sales success and career progression required.

5. General Manager Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Metal Engineering, Management, or related fields. Minimum 10 years of experience, including 3 years as General Manager in steel manufacturing. Strong leadership, decision‑making, communication, time‑management, and computer skills. 6. Human Resource Officer BA in HR, Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of PLC experience.

Computer literacy and database management skills required. 7. Executive Assistant & Secretary BA/Diploma in Secretarial Science, Office Administration, or related fields. Minimum 6 years of secretarial experience, including 2 years as Executive Secretary. Strong computer, communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
