You'll work closely with curriculum, support and safeguarding teams to ensure learners, including those with SEND and EHCPs, receive the right support to achieve their goals. You'll adapt resources and interventions to meet individual needs, monitor learner progress, provide feedback and maintain accurate records. You'll also contribute to wellbeing initiatives across the college, helping to create a positive, inclusive and supportive environment, while identifying and reporting safeguarding concerns in line with college policies and procedures.
