Band 3 Therapy Support Worker

As a band 3 Therapy Support Worker, your role will include: Assisting Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists with joint rehabilitation sessionsAssisting and progressing exercise programmesSupporting functional tasks + activities to promote independence with personal care (washing / dressing / cooking / feeding)Mobility rehabilitationMaintaining therapy resources and equipmentCollecting information from patients and familiesCommunicating effectively within the multidisciplinary teamAdministration tasks We are looking for an individual who demonstrates an energetic, enthusiastic and flexible approach to their work.

You must have good organisational skills and be motivated to provide excellent care to patients to help them achieve their maximum functional ability. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team are essential for this position.
