The post holder will work as part of a multidisciplinary primary healthcare team and the role is offered at 37.5 hours a week., The Band 7 Physiotherapist is responsible as the clinical lead for the Primary Healthcare Rehabilitation Facility (PCRF) and will oversee the provision of high-quality primary care rehabilitation across the combined practice. Their duties include the delivery of advanced clinical practice and the management of rehabilitation staff.

The Combined Practice is formed across 2 sites, Aldershot Medical Centre as the larger site and Minley Medical Centre as the smaller site. To work as a Team Clinical Lead managing staff. To be a source of highly skilled clinical expertise in the management of musculoskeletal (MSK) dysfunction. Reporting to the Senior Medical Officer (SMO), the Band 7 Clinical Lead provides clinical supervision and advice to senior physiotherapists, General Practitioners, and the service persons' military Chain of Command.

We are seeking to recruit a motivated, organised and enthusiastic Band 7 Physiotherapist to join our vibrant and fast paced organisation here at Aldershot Primary Care Rehabilitation Facility. For this role you will need to be a good communicator, be prepared to undertake additional training if required and have a full clean driving licence or the ability to travel.
