The service has a number of independent and communal living spaces for the individuals we support, to maximise opportunities to progress through their care pathway towards greater independence. To be considered for this role, you must have: A minimum of 2 years' experience working within healthcare (ideally working with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Challenging Behaviour) Your day-to-day Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care Cooperate with other members of the nursing team to ensure the ward meets any therapeutic needs of the patient, which are conducive to recovery Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way At all times, ensure that the patient's rights and dignity are maintained.
