THE ROLE As a Bar Prep & Receiving team member, you’ll play an important role in ensuring the bar is fully prepared, stocked, and organized for daily service. This position primarily works morning hours and supports the bar team through daily prep, receiving, organization, and cleaning.
WHAT YOU’LL DO • Prepare fresh juices, garnishes, ice, and cocktail pre-batches • Receive, check, organize, and properly store liquor, wine, beer, and bar deliveries • Maintain clean and organized bar, liquor, and storage areas • Communicate with management and the bar team regarding inventory and product needs WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Strong organization and attention to detail • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently • Previous bar, restaurant, receiving, or hospitality experience preferred • Ability to safely lift and move liquor cases, ice, and bar supplies • Flexible availability and schedule, including morning hours, weekends, and holidays
