The Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center offers both inpatient and outpatient services, including several outreach centers as well as clinic- and community-based services.FLSA Status Non-ExemptThe Focus of East Clinic The East Clinic provides services to adults experiencing serious mental illness (SMI), including individuals living with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and other persistent mental health conditions.
Many individuals served also have co-occurring substance use disorders and may be experiencing housing instability or homelessness. Through a multidisciplinary approach that includes psychiatry, nursing, therapy, peer support, and care coordination, the team works collaboratively to provide comprehensive behavioral health services tailored to each person's needs. The East Clinic is located at 5470 E.
16th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46219.Where You Fit In The Clinician performs a variety of individual, family, and group therapeutic interventions utilizing evidence-based practices. This position manages a caseload of clients by identifying therapeutic, rehabilitative, and case management needs and collaborating with other members of the treatment team to ensure those needs are addressed. As part of a multidisciplinary team, the Clinician plays an important role in supporting recovery, promoting stability, and connecting individuals to services that support their overall well-being.What to Expect The East Clinic is a dynamic environment where client needs often require teams to shift priorities quickly.
