We are currently recruiting for a Behaviour Support Practitioner to work within schools across Northampton, helping students develop positive behaviours, improve engagement, and achieve their full potential.
This role is ideal for experienced Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, Youth Workers, Sports Coaches, Residential Support Workers, or individuals with a background in mentoring and pastoral support. The Role As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will work closely with students who require additional behavioural and emotional support, helping them to successfully access education and build confidence both inside and outside the classroom.
