Benefits Specialist (m/f/nb) 80-100% in Lausanne Your responsibilities You independently manage and provide telephone advice to our clients regarding benefits.

You check and process outpatient benefit cases according to tariffs, contracts and insurance coverages. You handle the administrative part of your client portfolio. Your contacts include insured persons, doctors, hospitals, therapists as well as colleagues from other CONCORDIA departments. Your profile You have a basic medical training (medical assistant or pharmacy assistant, druggist) combined with further commercial training or professional experience in administration.

Or a basic commercial training with a health insurance fund. Your mother tongue is French and you have good knowledge of German (an advantage). You are looking for a varied and demanding activity. You work independently, precisely and quickly. You are familiar with MS Office? That is no problem for you! You appreciate administrative tasks and are comfortable with correspondence. Your benefits In the context of maternity leave, the salary is paid in full for 14 weeks.
