Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible nurse practitioner Must have at least 1 year of post-training primary care or urgent care experience Client is open to family or adult nurse practitioners Outpatient-only setting See 20–30 patients per day (in-person and virtual) Schedule: Monday–Thursday 9a–6p, Friday 9a–3p (40-hour work week) Work alongside an internal medicine physician with full support staff, including a dedicated MA Responsibilities include patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, ordering tests, prescribing medications, and building patient relationships Must be comfortable working independently EMR: Practice Fusion Spanish bilingual preferred, not required Required Certifications: Active DEA ACLS and BLS (or willingness to obtain) Organization Information: Established private practice opening a new location Strong clinical and administrative support team Focus on high-quality, patient-centered care Compensation & Benefits: Base salary: $140,000 Uncapped bonus structure based on quarterly collections No benefits for first 6 months; eligible for health insurance and 401k after Paid time off 30 minute daily lunch break Lifestyle Information: Located in Bergen County, NJ – about 10 miles from NYC Highly desirable, affluent suburban area with excellent schools Diverse community with strong dining and shopping options Easy access to I-95, NJ Turnpike, and public transportation Close to the Hudson River and outdoor recreation RecruitWell's Core Values: Open communication Sense of urgency Teamwork Accountability Driven to win Higher consciousness
