Bilingual Pediatrician (Spanish) – PT or FT

Total Compensation Range: $180k-$210k We're partnering with a well-established community healthcare organization on Long Island seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to join its growing primary care team. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive primary care services for infants, children, and adolescents. Perform routine well-child visits, developmental screenings, and preventive health examinations. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions using evidence-based clinical practices. Administer and monitor immunizations in accordance with recommended vaccination schedules. Educate parents and caregivers on child development, nutrition, safety, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyles.

Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic studies to support clinical decision-making. Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, behavioral health professionals, and care coordinators to deliver integrated care. Maintain complete and accurate electronic medical records while ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient-centered care programs.

Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics. Active or eligible for New York medical licensure. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. One to two years of pediatric experience preferred, although motivated new physicians are encouraged to apply.
