Salary: $23.00 per hour/$46,345annually + 10% Bilingual Differential Performance Incentives: Earn up to an additional $60,000 annually. ? Differentials: +10% for evening shifts; +20% for weekends. ? Minimum of 1 month of customer-facing sales experience required; 3+ years preferred.
? Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred. ? Active ? Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license ? preferred ? (training and exam fees provided). ? High School Diploma or GED ? required; College degree preferred. ? Core Skills: ? Excellent communication skills with ? the ability ? to build rapport quickly. ?
