Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a manufacturing company in Santa Fe Springs. They are looking to hire a Bilingual Spanish Sr. HR Generalist. This position is paying between $70k-$92k based on experience. *Please note that mandatory urine testing is required for lead levels due to the products within the company*The Senior Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting and administering key Human Resources functions including employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, workforce planning, performance management, compliance, training and development, benefits administration, and HR policy implementation.

This role serves as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, helping drive employee engagement and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.The ideal candidate is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, has experience supporting a manufacturing workforce of 300+ employees, and possesses knowledge of unionized work environments and labor relations. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesEmployee RelationsServe as the primary HR contact for employee relations matters.Investigate employee complaints, workplace concerns, and policy violations.Provide guidance and coaching to managers on performance management, corrective action, and employee development.Support conflict resolution and foster a positive working environment.Partner with leadership to improve employee engagement and retention.Labor RelationsSupport day-to-day administration of collective bargaining agreements.Interpret and apply contract provisions consistently and fairly.Assist management with grievance investigations and responses.Partner with operational leaders to maintain productive labor-management relationships.Support labor negotiations and contract administration activities as needed.Recruitment & StaffingManage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions.Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.Conduct interviews, coordinate hiring processes, and facilitate offer approvals.Support workforce planning initiatives to meet operational staffing requirements.Onboarding & TrainingAdminister new hire orientation and onboarding programs.Ensure all employment documentation is completed accurately and timely.Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives.Track required certifications, compliance training, and skill development programs.HR ComplianceEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Maintain employee records and HRIS data integrity.Support audits, reporting requirements, and compliance initiatives.Administer company policies and recommend updates as necessary.Maintain knowledge of California employment laws and manufacturing industry regulations.Benefits & Leave AdministrationAssist employees with benefits enrollment and questions.Coordinate leave of absence programs including FMLA, CFRA, ADA accommodations, and workers' compensation.Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve employee benefit issues.Performance ManagementSupport annual performance review processes.Partner with leadership on succession planning and talent development initiatives.Assist with calibration, employee development plans, and recognition programs.HR Metrics & ReportingPrepare and analyze HR reports and workforce metrics.Track turnover, attendance, recruitment, and employee relations trends.Provide recommendations to leadership based on data analysis.

Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).Experience supporting a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial workforce.Strong knowledge of California employment laws and HR best practices.Experience conducting workplace investigations.Experience supporting employee relations and performance mana
