Part-Time Billing SpecialistLocation: Onsite Hours: Part-Time, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM Position OverviewOur client is seeking a Part-Time Billing Specialist to support their accounting and accounts receivable team. This is an ongoing opportunity with a stable organization utilizing a large ERP system (Epicor). The Billing Specialist will work closely with the AR team to improve efficiency, manage billing-related tasks, and support daily accounting operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and maintain customer billing accurately and timelyAssist the Accounts Receivable team with billing and account maintenanceReview invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepanciesEnter, update, and maintain billing information within Epicor ERPGenerate and analyze reports using Microsoft ExcelOrganize and manage a high volume of billing documentationAssist with special projects and administrative accounting tasks as neededCommunicate effectively with internal departments regarding billing inquiriesQualificationsPrevious billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable support experience requiredExperience working within a mid-size to large ERP system; Epicor experience is highly preferredIntermediate Microsoft Excel skills required:Pivot TablesVLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPsData sorting and analysisStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProfessional communication skillsMust be dependable, adaptable, and able to work independentlyAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
