Are you a natural leader with a passion for driving performance and delivering outstanding customer service? TOTAL Plumbing, part of the LBS Group, is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join our Tenby branch and lead it to continued success. What You'll be doing: As Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for the effective, efficient and profitable running of the branch. You'll lead by example, motivating your team to achieve sales and service goals, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Your key responsibilities will include: Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch. Leading, developing, and motivating your team to perform at their best. Driving sales and identifying opportunities to grow the customer base. Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers. Managing stock purchasing, storage, and annual stock takes. Monitoring financial performance, achieving budgetary targets, and improving profitability.

Overseeing health & safety, HR, and company compliance standards. We're looking for someone who is commercially aware, highly organised, and customer-focused, with the drive to deliver results. You'll bring: Previous management experience, ideally within the plumbing & heating trade, retail, or merchanting environment. Strong leadership and people management skills. A proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Good financial and operational awareness. A proactive and hands-on approach to problem solving. Hours of work: An average of 43.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 7.30am - 4.30pm, plus every other Saturday morning from 8.00am until 12.00pm. Salary: Depending on Experience Interested?
