Reporting to the Director, Creative, this role leads the creation and management of comprehensive brand guidelines, ensuring that all visual expressions of the Wellstar brand reflect a consistent, compelling, and differentiated identity. The Brand Graphics Manager partners closely with marketing, communications, digital, service line, and operational teams to translate brand strategy into clear graphic systems that strengthen recognition, trust, and engagement.This position is responsible for building and maintaining Wellstar's visual identity system, including graphic standards, design frameworks, templates, and brand assets used across print, digital, environmental, and multimedia channels.
As the organization's subject matter expert on brand graphics, the Brand Graphics Manager establishes governance processes, enforces adherence to brand standards, and provides guidance and consultation to internal stakeholders and external partners. Through proactive stewardship and continuous refinement of the visual identity, this role ensures consistency and excellence in how the Wellstar brand is represented across every touchpoint.Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:Brand Identity Strategy and StewardshipLead the development, evolution, and governance of Wellstars visual identity system, including graphic standards, design frameworks, templates, and asset libraries.
Ensure the brand remains distinctive, contemporary, and aligned with organizational strategyBrand Standards Management and ComplianceEstablish, maintain, and enforce enterprise-wide brand graphic guidelines across all marketing, digital, communications, and operational channels. Review materials and provide direction to ensure consistency and adherence to standardsCreative Consultation and Cross-Functional PartnershipPartner with marketing, communications, digital, service line, and operational leaders to translate business objectives into cohesive visual solutions.
Serve as the organizations primary advisor on brand graphics and visual identity mattersDesign Systems, Tools, and Asset ManagementDevelop and manage brand toolkits, templates, digital asset libraries, and design resources to enable efficient and scalable execution across the system. Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflowsEducation, Training, and GovernanceCreate training programs, documentation, and communication plans that educate internal teams, agencies, and vendors on Wellstar's visual identity standards and governance processesIndustry Trends and Continuous ImprovementMonitor industry trends, emerging technologies, healthcare branding best practices, and competitive activity to recommend enhancements to Wellstar's visual identity systemPerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all Wellstar Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct.Required Minimum Education:Bachelors Advertising or Bachelors Art or Bachelors Design or Bachelors Business Administration/Management or Bachelors Marketing or Bachelors Other / Related Field5 years additional - Additional years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of minimum education requirement.Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):All certifications are required upon hire unless othe
