We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Brand Manager Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities Brand Strategy: Create a strong, recognizable corporate and project identity that builds trust and sets the firm apart from competitors.

Campaign Oversight: Manage advertising, digital promotions, and public relations campaigns for specific property developments or the overall firm. Message Consistency: Ensure all visual assets, website content, social media channels, and sales brochures reflect uniform brand guidelines. Market Research: Analyze consumer behavior, track competitor offerings, and monitor real estate market trends to adjust positioning strategies.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, design teams, and external agencies to turn brand trust into stronger lead generation and Requirements Candidates should possess an HND / Master's Degree / B.Sc with 6 - 16 years working experience.
