At least High School graduate. At least 1 year of experience in the same field, with a Certificate of Employment (COE) not later than 2020. Physically and mentally ready to work abroad.

Able to follow instructions and workplace procedures. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: Clean and maintain assigned buildings, facilities, offices, common areas, and other designated spaces.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors using appropriate cleaning equipment and methods. Dust and wipe surfaces, furniture, fixtures, doors, windows, and other building areas. Clean and sanitize restrooms, washrooms, and other high-use areas. Collect, sort, and properly dispose of waste and garbage according to workplace procedures. Refill restroom and cleaning supplies as needed. Use cleaning products, detergents, disinfectants, and other cleaning chemicals safely and properly.

Operate vacuum cleaners, floor cleaning machines, and other cleaning equipment as required. Inspect assigned areas and ensure they meet required cleanliness and sanitation standards. Report damaged facilities, equipment problems, spills, or maintenance concerns to supervisors. Follow established cleaning schedules, procedures, and workplace safety standards. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling cleaning chemicals or performing specific cleaning tasks.

Maintain cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies in clean and usable condition. Store cleaning materials and equipment properly after use. Perform periodic deep-cleaning tasks as assigned. Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness. Follow instructions from supervisors and cooperate with other cleaning and facility staff. Perform other building cleaning and maintenance-related duties as assigned.
