Building Services Planner Heating (m/f/d) Salary - CHF80,000 - 95,000 Building services engineering, which combines architecture and function - this is the core competence of our Rocken partner.
As an established planning office, they develop and realise demanding projects in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitation. From the first sketch to the final implementation, the team accompanies new builds, transformations, and sustainable site developments. Complex requirements for energy efficiency, flexibility, and sustainability are confidently mastered. The working method is characterised by interdisciplinary collaboration with architects and clients.

Our Rocken partner is looking for reinforcement for their dedicated planning team. Responsibilities: Planning and Design: Independent planning of heating and district heating systems for various construction projects. CAD Construction: Confident use of CAD programmes, preferably NOVA and Revit.
BIM Knowledge: Participation in Building Information Modelling (BIM) projects, ideally with experience in application. Coordination: Close collaboration with other specialist planners as well as architects and clients for coordinated implementation of plans. Technical Advice: Advising customers and project participants on technical issues. Quality Assurance: Ensuring compliance with standards and norms in planning.
Innovation: Active participation in developments and trends in building services engineering. Qualifications: Completed basic training as a building services planner EFZ specialising in heating. Several years of professional experience in planning heating and district heating systems. Confident use of CAD programmes, preferably NOVA and Revit. BIM knowledge is an advantage. Structured and independent working style.
