Ability to lead a diverse team of multiskilled engineers to ensure high performance and delivery. To ensure completion of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Maintenance, Small Projects and Helpdesk Calls in accordance with both client and JLL requirements To manage and monitor the buildings operational functions To be responsible for the buildings operational assets and systems whilst on shift Support the team with permit to work for all specialist vendors and carryout appropriate isolations via LOTO To ensure EHS, statutory and contractual compliance is delivered and maintained, inclusive of Fire, Life & Safety, L8 Water Management, F-Gas, Pressure Systems, Gas Safe To ensure building operating conditions are maintained in line with design specifications together with confirmation of in country regulations, and contractual requirements To ensure all site documentation is collected, analysed, and recorded To produce monthly operational reports, and additional reporting when required To complete HV/LV training and support the facilitation of switching and isolation for Maintenance and Projects activities Aims and Objectives To act as a single point of contact for All Engineering matters across the location Assist ESM in the safe and delivery of all JLL services and projects, EHS Compliance Quality Compliance Contractual Compliance Statutory Compliance Monthly Reporting Project works BAU interface Permit to work / RAMS approval Accident investigation and reporting Escalation of incidents All aspects of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Maintenance, and Help Desk Calls managed and completed whilst on shift Staff supervision including sub-contractors and specialist providers Be proactive with regard to preventative maintenance and extra works Maintain clear and legible records as required Provide written incident reports as required Interaction with JLL support staff, providing information as required Switching of HV and LV supplies as required Health & Safety All staff are required to fulfil their legal duty to take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and others, who may be affected by their acts and omissions, and to follow all guidance and instructions given in this respect.
