As a BUPA Health Advisor, you'll conduct various health assessments and collaborate with patients to help them make the necessary changes for a longer, healthier, and happier life.
This is a full-time role working at Sevenoaks Medical Centre in Sevenoaks, and any other facilities as required. If you're someone who can inspire and motivate positive change, we'd love to hear from you!, As a BUPA Health Advisor you will: Conduct tests as part of the health assessment, including electrocardiograms, blood sampling via venepuncture, blood pressure measurements, body measurements, and utilizing the body stat machine.
Provide personalized lifestyle advice tailored to the patient's needs, considering their health risks, health assessment findings, and their goals for health and wellbeing. Ensure all equipment is prepared in advance for each health assessment session, and maintain a clean, tidy, and safe environment afterward. Deliver an exceptional customer experience by prioritizing the patient at the heart of their health assessment., For more information regarding this role please see the attached job description and person specification.
Have experience of performing measurement or assessment in a health and fitness. Have experience of giving patient advice in a healthy living / lifestyle context, including physical activity, nutrition, smoking, alcohol, sleep and stress management. Have excellent interpersonal skills., Have experience working as a Health Advisor in a clinical setting., Hold a post-secondary education vocational qualification in a relevant subject., This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
