You will engage with the public using a variety of engagement techniques to understand the needs, requirements and comments from residents of Herefordshire. This will involve interviewing passengers, data collection and analysis, promotional work, data entry and administration. We are looking to recruit people to cover areas throughout Herefordshire and applicants must therefore be able and willing to travel.

Applicants must also have a flexible approach to working patterns which may involve working weekends and evenings.
