Position: -- Business Development Executive -- Field Sales / Inside Sales Location: -- Jaipur (Preferred) Experience: -- 0–3 Years -- Freshers can apply Industry Preference: -- SaaS -- Healthcare -- Pharma -- Medical Devices -- Digital Marketing Salary: -- ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month -- Unlimited performance-based incentives -- 4% commission on every Annual Plan sale -- 4% commission on every Quarterly Plan sale -- Monthly plans qualify for incentives after the clinic remains active for 3 consecutive months Key Responsibilities: -- Generate and convert leads from clinics and healthcare professionals -- Conduct product demonstrations for doctors, clinic owners, and reception teams -- Explain the benefits of clinic management and patient engagement solutions -- Build strong relationships with doctors and clinic decision-makers -- Follow up consistently and convert prospects into paying customers -- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records -- Coordinate with the onboarding team after successful conversion -- Gather customer feedback and share market insights with the product team What We're Looking For: -- Strong communication and persuasion skills -- Comfortable interacting with doctors and clinic owners -- Basic understanding of software and mobile applications -- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive -- Good Hindi and English communication skills -- Willingness to travel for field sales, if required -- Own vehicle will be an added advantage Why Join: -- Unlimited earning potential through performance-based incentives -- Opportunity to work in the growing HealthTech / SaaS industry -- Direct exposure to doctors, clinics, and healthcare businesses -- Opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of healthcare
