Business Development Lead

Role Description The Business Development Lead is a full-time, on-site role located in San Juan, responsible for driving new business and nurturing existing client relationships. This position involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting market research to uncover growth opportunities, and developing proposals and presentations for prospective clients. The Business Development Lead collaborates with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs, negotiates contracts, and maintains a pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools.

Daily tasks include meeting with prospective and current clients, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular reports and insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify trends, assess opportunities, and support data-driven decisions. Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.

Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation skills to create, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline of prospects. Candidates should possess experience in business development or sales, ideally within services or facility management industries. Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Candidates should possess a results-oriented mindset, negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

A relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
