REQUIREMENTS Matric, or equivalent qualification Proven experience in business development, sales or account management. Network Certifications advantageous Demonstrated ability to win new business and achieve sales/revenue targets. Strong prospecting, networking, communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing. Commercially driven with the ability to identify new business, partnership and upselling opportunities.

Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational, reporting and CRM management Willingness to travel within the Western Cape and nationally. A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport. DUTIES Develop and implement effective client acquisition and business growth strategies aligned with revenue targets. Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and strengthen market positioning.

Proactively prospect for new clients across Cape Town, the Western Cape and selected national markets. Manage the full sales cycle, including presentations, demonstrations, proposals, quotations, negotiations and contract completion. Identify and secure pilot projects, Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and strategic partnerships to support business growth. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and client information on CRM Global (monday.com) and provide regular sales and performance reports.

Build and maintain strong relationships with SAPS, Metro Police, Community Policing Forums, Ratepayers Associations, CIDs and other key safety stakeholders. Drive community outreach, promotional campaigns and networking initiatives to increase visibility and credibility. Collaborate with the Investigations Team to strengthen stakeholder networks and intelligence-gathering opportunities. Manage the onboarding of new clients and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth implementation.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support retention, satisfaction and loyalty. Proactively identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base. Use client data and performance reports to identify growth opportunities and demonstrate client success. Monitor client needs, address concerns and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and continued client success.
