About the job: As a Business Development Manager at Reducate.ai, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and driving growth through strategic partnerships and innovative marketing initiatives. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is well-versed in digital marketing and has a strong proficiency in spoken English. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue and increase market share.

2. Identify and prospect potential clients, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, and close deals to achieve sales targets. 3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns that showcase our products and services to a wider audience. 4. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.

5. Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring terms are favorable for both parties and align with company goals. 6. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress against targets, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as needed. 7. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and foster new business relationships.
