Responsibilities Develop and manage a pipeline of commercial construction landscape opportunities across HOAs, resorts, commercial properties, and municipalities Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, property managers, and key decision-makers Lead proposals, estimates, and bids for landscape construction projects in partnership with operations and estimating teams Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth handoff from sale to execution and client satisfaction Track market trends, competitors, and bid calendars to identify new growth opportunities Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals while maintaining profitable margins Represent Yellowstone Landscape at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions Use CRM tools to document activities, forecast revenue, and report on sales performance Required Skills B2 B sales Construction project sales Estimating and proposals CRM software Contract negotiation Bid management Pipeline development Commercial landscaping knowledge Presentation skills Market and competitor analysis
