As a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst, Based from the head office in Barton you will support our Compliance team by improving the way we report and use data to analyse and improve department and Company performance. Main responsibilities: Gather data from systems and databases, with accuracy and consistency Write basic SQL queries to extract and manipulate data Create regular reports to measure key metrics (daily, weekly, monthly) Analyse trends within key metrics that influence performance Explain findings in a clear and non-technical manner Work with different departments to understand reporting requirements Produce accurate data to departments and key stakeholders Monitor dashboard and automation performance, ensuring reports are accurate and delivered on time What's great about working for us?
