Manage budgets, cash flow, and company financial projections Work with external bookkeepers while performing select bookkeeping and account reconciliations Build and improve organizational systems and processes across multiple businesses Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and details Handle select HR duties including onboarding, records, and team coordination Utilize Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc.) to create efficient digital systems Support leadership with financial reporting, forecasting, and special projects Lighthouse Vision is a Christ-centered company building a powerful portfolio of thriving, independent businesses under one strategic umbrella.
