Business Process & Requirements Lead Position Summary The Business Process & Requirements Lead serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team. This individual leads requirements management, process improvement initiatives, stakeholder engagement, backlog development, and business process analysis supporting portal operations, reporting services, analytics capabilities, and modernization efforts.

This position is hybrid and reports to the Program Manager. Key Responsibilities Lead business process analysis across portal operations, reporting, analytics, data management, and account management functions. Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements definition sessions. Document business processes, workflows, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Manage reporting and enhancement requirements throughout the Agile lifecycle.

Maintain requirements traceability from concept through implementation. Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning, and user acceptance testing. Recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies. Coordinate requirements across reporting, analytics, portal operations, and system integrations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Public Administration, or related field.

6-9 years of experience is required Technical Skills Agile methodologies and requirements management. JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. Business process modeling and workflow analysis. User story development and acceptance criteria definition. Data analysis and reporting concepts. API integration concepts. Cloud-based application environments. Data governance and reporting architectures. Preferred Experience SBA lending operations and lender oversight programs.
