We are looking for a pro-active Senior Business Support Assistant to join Pick Everard's busy Nottingham office. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills, and progress on your career journey within a National Construction Consultancy.

This is a varied and hands-on role responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office and wider Business Support function. Working closely with the Business Support Manager, you will coordinate workloads, provide administrative and operational support, maintain office facilities and resources, manage stakeholder queries, and assist with business events, meetings, travel arrangements, and office processes.

You will act as a key point of contact for visitors and colleagues, ensure a professional office environment, support health and safety activities, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves maintaining accurate business records, coordinating office logistics and supplies, and supporting the development and effectiveness of the Business Support team. The successful candidate will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a consistent on-site presence in the office.
