Business Support Manager/Finance Lead

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Business Support Manager/Finance Lead Position type: Contract, (FTE conversion) Duration: 12 months Location:- 3 days onsite role at Charlotte, NC As a Business Support Manager/Finance Lead, you will: Must have skills: Must have 10+ years of experience. Looking for a Finance Lead, who will take care of entire finance of the group including Monitoring budgets, expenses, forecasting, budget/finance allocation and financial reporting for accuracy and alignment with business goals.

This person will be the go-to person when it comes to finances. Need to have Advanced Excel Expertise (heavy daily usage, including formulas, financial analysis, reporting). Should be working with the Technology Group This is a highly skilled Finance Lead responsible for the operational and strategic support functions of financials for a large and growing technology organization. This role drives efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across financial processes.

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day business operations and administrative activities with respect to ensure financial health across the organization. Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial reporting for accuracy and alignment with business goals. Support resource allocation and SOW contracts. Identify inefficiencies and implement process enhancements to improve productivity. Develop and maintain documentation for workflows and best practices.

Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership for decision-making. Required Skills, all very important Recent experience in large and fast paced technology organization doing financial management/business support management. Expert with Excel including formulas and expert producing polished and engaging decks with PowerPoint.

Team player attitude and agile mindset as new responsibilities arise over time. Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
