About the role We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the Adults Social Care Brokerage team as a business support officer – Fixed Term 6-month contract. What will you be doing? The team receives a larger number of referrals each week and you will be screening these at first point of contact with the team and allocating to the brokerage officers within the team. Other areas to be covered include: Residential care vacancies Supported living vacancies Providing administrative support for the accommodation panel Maintaining a small caseload of homecare increase and decrease referrals About you You will be a motivated individual that is passionate about supporting the brokerage team finding the right support for the individuals we broker care and support services for.

IT skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications. Experience with using case management systems/software Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail with ability to produce well-presented documents. Able to plan and allocate work effectively and efficiently. Able to meet deadlines and work in an organised manner.
