You’ll be: 	 Receiving and entering purchase order data into spreadsheets for accurate record-keeping 	 Opening sales orders for all purchase orders received in NAV 	 Submitting quote requests and securing the best pricing for materials 	 Creating and reviewing purchase requisitions for accuracy and completion 	 Placing orders for requisitioned items to ensure timely procurement 	 Reconciling open order reports for weekly update meetings with customers and the manufacturing planner 	 Answering phones and providing information using strong customer service skills for both internal and external customers 	 Providing daily updates on shipped orders This job might be an outstanding fit if you: 	 Have prior experience in data entry, procurement, or purchasing roles (must have) 	 Are detail-oriented with strong organizational skills (must have) 	 Possess excellent customer service and communication abilities (must have) 	 Are proficient with spreadsheet software and order management systems, such as NAV (preferred) 	 Are available to work 40 hours per week with no overtime required What happens next Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
