Role Description Your role will entail taking bespoke joinery projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for: Agreeing project objectives Interpreting drawings and specifications Applying critical thinking to identify and raise potential issues Selecting appropriate materials Carrying out manual machining operations to the highest standards Alongside this, you will play a key role in mentoring and developing an apprentice, supporting their progression and helping to uphold the company's exceptional standards of craftsmanship.
