Campaigns Delivery Manager Salary:   £42,000+, dependent on experience Reports to:   Special Features Managing Editor (Acting) and COO Location:   Hybrid: remote, with at least one office day per week at the Wanderlust office in Bloomsbury, London. Some evening and weekend event attendance across the year required in London area. Help shape the future of the UK's most respected travel media brand.

As we enter an exciting new phase of global growth, we're expanding our team with a new role of Campaigns Delivery Manager. Working across our Special Features editorial, digital and design teams, you'll help us deliver more partner campaigns than ever, working with our clients to see every campaign through from first brief to final delivery. Why join Wanderlust? Wanderlust, the UK's leading consumer travel magazine, has championed authentic, meaningful and responsible travel for over 30 years.

With a rich heritage and a reputation for transformative travel content, we're now undergoing a major global expansion across print, digital and video channels, further enhancing our proposition and extending our presence to over 80 markets worldwide. We're more committed than ever to innovating and staying at the forefront of travel media. Role Overview We're looking for a highly organised delivery professional, with a strong client focus, to own the smooth running of our commercial partnerships, keeping clients confident and well looked after at every step.

This is a project management, account management and client success role, with a primary focus on execution and delivery. You'll be the operational engine behind high value partnerships with tourism boards, tour operators and travel brands around the world, working hand in hand with our Special Features editorial team, sales and design. While a genuine feel and eye for great travel content matters, this is a delivery and client success role, not a writing or commissioning one.

Our editorial specialists lead on briefs, commissioning and travel writing, and our Special Features Managing Editor holds overall responsibility for the editorial management of campaigns and for upholding our travel storytelling values and the organisation's mission. Your job is to make sure every campaign is delivered on time, that clients feel in safe hands throughout, that the hundreds of tasks moving through delivery at any one time stay firmly under control, and that our growing slate of special projects, from filmed content to special commissions, runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities ●      Own the delivery of every commercial campaign from end to end, taking each project from sales handover through to completion, on time, on brief and on budget. ●      Act as the primary point of contact for clients after the sale, building trusted relationships, communicating clearly and promptly, and keeping clients confident about progress at every stage. ●      Work with the client and the wider Wanderlust team to ensure each brief is fully understood, then manage timelines and deliverables across multiple internal and external stakeholders.

●      Track the status of every campaign in Asana, maintaining a clear, live picture of where everything stands and reporting progress internally and to clients. ●      Build and manage production schedules across print and digital, keeping every workstream on track and unblocking issues before they escalate. ●      Coordinate all supporting assets, such as newsletter banners, social posts, image sourcing and content uploads, briefing the right people and making sure everything is in place on both the client and Wanderlust side.

●      Manage the logistics of special projects such as filmed content, including travel arrangements, equipment and permits. Essential Skills & Experience ●      A passion for the values of Wanderlust and for travel. ●      A critical eye and ability to understand what a Wanderlust story and materials relevant to the publication’s values look like. ●
