Support Store Administration and Point of Sale processes through basic record checks, transaction support where needed, and orderly handling of sales documentation to support smooth store operations. Drive sales through strong customer service by greeting shoppers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to relevant apparel or outdoor lifestyle products aligned to current preferences and seasonal demand.

Execute and refresh merchandising standards, including layout maintenance, visual displays, signage clarity, and product group rotation, to improve conversion and encourage complete purchasing journeys. Contribute to stock-loss prevention by identifying discrepancies, reporting irregularities promptly, and applying careful handling and reconciliation practices that reduce avoidable shrink. Assist and educate customers on product features, styling options, and practical use cases, helping them make confident choices and improving repeat visit potential.

Collaborate daily with team members to coordinate promotions, floor priorities, and replenishment cycles, while sharing feedback to improve service consistency across shifts. Apply active problem-solving and innovation thinking in a dynamic retail environment, adapting display and selling approaches to current foot traffic patterns, brand direction, and customer behaviour. Requirements & Qualifications At least 2 years of administrative experience in a retail, commercial, or related role.

Minimum maths literacy and the ability to apply basic numeric reasoning in daily tasks. Matric or equivalent qualification. Functional Microsoft and computer proficiency , with comfort using store systems and basic software tools. Clear criminal record, as required for employment and workplace trust. Strong communication ability with customers and colleagues in a fast-moving retail environment. Self-leadership, team collaboration, accuracy, and high attention to detail in all operational and merchandising tasks.

Demonstrated ownership, time management, and reliability, including the ability to meet daily priorities in a structured and accountable way.
