A highly regarded law firm is seeking a mid-level Capital Markets Associate to join its nationally recognized Securities & Capital Markets practice in Chicago, New York, Washington, DC, or Miami.This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactional matters, including:Debt and equity capital markets offeringsMergers and acquisitionsSEC compliance, reporting, and securities law mattersCorporate and transactional counseling for a diverse client baseQualifications:3+ years of experience with a large law firm practicing corporate, securities, capital markets, and M&A lawStrong transactional drafting and deal execution skillsSignificant experience handling capital markets transactions and SEC reporting mattersPrior securitization or aviation industry experience is a plusStrong academic credentials and a J.D.
