We are seeking Board Certified / Board Eligible Cardiac Anesthesiologists for an exciting permanent opportunity in Albany , New York . This role offers the chance to work in a high-volume cardiac program alongside an experienced surgical and anesthesia team. 📍 Location Albany , New York 🏥 Position Overview Specialty: Cardiac Anesthesiology Position Type: Permanent Compensation: $650,000+ annually Sign-On Bonus: $100,000 Shifts: 8, 10, or 12 hours Operating Rooms: 30 Cases per Day: 6–8 Cardiac Cases This is a high-volume inpatient heart center supporting a growing cardiac surgery program.

🩺 Clinical Responsibilities Provide anesthesia for complex cardiac procedures , including: CABG Valve replacements Advanced cardiovascular surgeries Conduct pre-operative evaluations Manage post-operative anesthesia care Collaborate with cardiac surgeons and multidisciplinary teams Help develop and improve anesthesia protocols and patient care processes Physicians also provide anesthesia for a variety of additional procedures including orthopedic, pediatric, general surgery, and endoscopic cases.
