We are seeking a Cardiologist for a locum tenens position in Gettysburg, PA. This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive cardiology services in a flexible alternating schedule at a 74-bed facility. The position offers dedicated call weeks (24-hour coverage) and dedicated clinic weeks, with flexibility in monthly commitment (1–2 weeks per month). The facility utilizes Epic EMR.

Job Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive hospital cardiology consultations during call weeks • Manage 24-hour on-call coverage including transesophageal echocardiography, echocardiography, and nuclear cardiology testing • Provide comprehensive outpatient cardiology care during clinic weeks • Direct cardiology services across hospital and outpatient settings Qualifications: • Board Certification: Cardiology Board Eligible (BE) in Cardiology accepted • State Medical License: Pennsylvania (IMLC LOQ accepted) • DEA Registration • Epic EMR proficiency (required) Working Hours: Alternating weekly schedule, 1–2 weeks per month commitment: Call Week: Monday 7:00 AM – following Monday 7:00 AM (24-hour on-call coverage) • Hospital cardiology consultations: approximately 20 patients per day • Diagnostic coverage: transesophageal echocardiography, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology testing Clinic Week: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Outpatient clinic: approximately 18 patients per day For more information and to apply, please apply via the DocCafe link, or schedule time to speak with me via the calendar link below.
