Client: You will be supporting a young boy with complex needs, including PEG feeding and diabetes management, and will be required to provide support with medication management, blood glucose monitoring, PEG care, incontinence care, management of challenging behaviour, and support for cognitive impairment.Hours: 8am till 4pm Monday to SundayPay: £12.71 - £13.94, Deliver compassionate, person-centred care in line with care plans Assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily activities Promote independence, dignity, and emotional wellbeing Maintain accurate care documentation Build trusting relationships with clients and families Follow all health & safety regulations and company policies Ready to Make a Meaningful Difference?
