ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as a Senior Care Assistant will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff.

Responsibilities include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being aware of any changes impacting care and care plans, and ensuring that new needs are met. Involvement in the person-centred care planning process by implementing, monitoring, and undertaking monthly evaluations is also expected. Additionally, the role involves supporting residents with their medication requirements, undertaking staff supervisions, and supporting staff development where needed.
