Assisting with personal care, and support to our residents throughout the night, carrying out regular checks and responding to any night-time requirements.

Administering medication (following training and guidelines). Updating care plans and maintaining accurate records. Delivering the highest standard of person-centred care, promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing for every resident. Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic environment. We are looking for a dedicated Senior Night Care Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional care to our residents while the rest of the world sleeps. If you are a driven individual who values teamwork and can act as a positive role model, we want to hear from you!, least a minimum of 2 years' experience in delivering care or as a Senior Care Assistant. Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or willing to sign up/or working towards it).

Trained in medication administration. Excellent people and customer service skills. Ability to induct, supervise and mentor junior staff. Time management skills to delegate tasks within a team. Excellent communication skills - verbal (within the team and to other external professionals) and writing (ability to write and maintain care plans) and digital skills. Caring attitude. Flexible and reliable.
