The role offers £14.36 per hour, a refer a friend scheme, ongoing career development, and a company pension scheme. This position requires at least 2 years of experience in social care and a QCF Level 2 qualification. You'll be leading by example, providing high-quality care and companionship, supporting residents, and working closely with families and healthcare professionals. Your work goes beyond tasks; it's in how you lead, support your team, and create a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel truly at home., Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK At least 2 years experience in social care QCF Level 2 (or above) 42 hours per week (day shifts) Availability to work alternate weekends Your role: Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship Support residents with personal care and daily living Encourage independence and wellbeing Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping Work closely with families and healthcare professionals Support and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management In this role, your care goes beyond tasks; its in how you lead, support your team, and create a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel truly at home.
