We are seeking a Care Team Manager to join our friendly and dedicated team at Garden City Court Care Home in Letchworth Garden City . Garden City Court is a welcoming 75-bed residential care home where collaboration, compassion, respect, and person-centred care are at the heart of everything we do, creating a supportive environment for both residents and colleagues.

As a Care Team Manager , you will lead with compassion, inspire the team and make a real difference every day. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Leading the home with confidence, ensuring all services meet company policies and National Care Standards Commission requirements.

Taking an active role in care and housekeeping duties, always promoting dignity, privacy, and independence. Overseeing domestic operations to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
