As a Catering Assistant your main duties will be to assist the Catering Supervisor and existing teams with the preparation and serving of school meals and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen areas and all equipment used. Knowledge of good customer care practice. Awareness of basic hygiene principles. Basic numeracy skills. Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative. A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.
