We are looking for an enthusiastic Chef to join our catering team. You'll help deliver high-quality, nutritious meals for our students and staff, while supporting school events and leading the kitchen team. What you'll be doing: Planning menus and preparing, cooking and serving meals Supervising kitchen staff and maintaining high standards Managing stock and ordering supplies Catering for school events Supporting health, safety and food hygiene standards Is organised, reliable and works well under pressure Can lead and motivate a team Has catering and stock-control experience Has a good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety Takes pride in delivering excellent customer service Salary: Grade 6 (£16.52 - £17.90 per hour) FTE equivalent pay is £27,709 - £30,023 p.a Hours: 25 -30 hours per week (Core working hours are 09:30 - 14:30) Join our team and bring your passion for food to our school community!
