๐Ÿ’‰๐Ÿฉบ ๐Ÿ“ Location ๐Ÿ๏ธ Marshall Islands ๐ŸŒŠ Remote / deployed healthcare operations environment ๐Ÿ—“๏ธ Role Overview & Environment ๐Ÿฅ Provide anesthesia services in operational / military treatment facility settings ๐Ÿš Support surgical and procedural care in austere environments ๐ŸŒก๏ธ Work in resource-limited, tropical, high-demand conditions ๐Ÿค Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical and medical teams โš–๏ธ High independence with strong clinical accountability ๐Ÿ”„ Maintain readiness for deployed and contingency operations ๐Ÿ’‰ Clinical Responsibilities ๐Ÿ’Š Administer anesthesia: General anesthesia Regional anesthesia Neuraxial anesthesia Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC) ๐Ÿง  Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop care plans ๐Ÿ“Š Continuously monitor: Vital signs Airway status Physiologic stability during procedures ๐Ÿšจ Respond to anesthesia emergencies and provide life-saving interventions ๐Ÿงพ Maintain complete and accurate anesthesia records ๐Ÿ“š Participate in quality improvement and peer review activities ๐Ÿค Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and perioperative teams ๐Ÿš Support anesthesia services in deployed or remote environments ๐Ÿฅ Practice Environment ๐ŸŒ Deployed / expeditionary healthcare operations ๐Ÿช– Military-style treatment facility support ๐Ÿง‘‍โš•๏ธ Interdisciplinary surgical and anesthesia teams โš™๏ธ High autonomy clinical decision-making ๐Ÿงฐ Resource-variable, mission-critical setting ๐Ÿ“Œ Requirements ๐ŸŽ“ Master’s degree in Nurse Anesthesia (accredited program required) ๐ŸŽ“ BSN from accredited nursing program ๐Ÿชช Active, unrestricted RN license (U.S.
