A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a System Operations Engineer Position type: Contract (12 months w/ extension) Location: Charlotte, NC Hybrid (3 days onsite/ 2 day remote) As a System Engineer, you will: Day to Day Responsibilities Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives within Systems Operations Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to deliverables Review and analyze engineering challenges, evaluating variable factors to develop effective solutions Contribute to resolving moderately complex issues, ensuring alignment with policies, procedures, and compliance Collaborate with client personnel and internal teams to meet project objectives Assist in process improvement and risk control strategies to enhance operational efficiency Support the development and implementation of long-term strategies, policies, and process enhancements Help ensure adherence to cybersecurity policies and change management procedures Participate in planning, reporting, and portfolio management routines to ensure transparency and efficiency in project execution Required Skills & Qualifications Experience in Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture, with the ability to consult on and participate in complex initiatives Ability to review and analyze moderately complex engineering challenges Understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Capability to contribute to the resolution of engineering issues and deliverables Knowledge of cross-functional collaboration to meet project goals Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
