The successful candidate should have previous commercial kitchen experience, particularly preparing fried chicken, grilled food, marinades and sauces. Responsibilities include food preparation, cooking, portion control, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, following food-safety procedures and working efficiently during busy periods. The candidate must be reliable, punctual, available for evening and weekend shifts, and legally entitled to work in the UK.
